Your name, address and all data entered when you register has to be correct to win. No credit card number is necessary to register. 4-The more you visit the site or place ads, the more chances you have to be a winner.
5-No winner can win again within 3 months of having won a prize. 6-All prizes are chosen at random and at the sole discretion of CyberMERX.com. 7-Decisions are FINAL. 8-The prize has a commercial value of $20 to $100 dollars in merchandise or services. Prizes can not be exchanged for cash. 9-None involved with CyberMERX.com are eligible to win a Prize. 10-Winners will receive a Prize Voucher on the mail to their registered address which you will present at the Business Prize Sponsor who will be contacted and ask you for ID when you come to receive your prize. 11-WINNERS ARE REQUIRED TO SUPPLY A PHOTO to be published at CyberMERX.com with your name for as long as it considers necessary and it's part of the agreement for you to receive a prize. 12-Winners have to reside in the Houston Metropolitan Area, including the following and their respective surrounding areas: Galveston in the South, Spring in the North, Katie on the West and Baytown on the East. 13-You have to be at least 18 years of age, unless a parent or guardian states in writting the Prize will be accepted for you.
